    A Korean Movie: A Day

Hi, can you please check the following sentences? Thank you.

    Long summary
Joon-Young, a famous doctor, comes across a scene of a car accident on the way to meet his daughter. It turns out that the dead girl hit by a taxi was his beloved daughter, Eun-jung. Suddenly, everything repeats like deja vu, Eun-jung getting hit by the taxi and Min-chul, the paramedic, trying to save his wife, the other victims in the taxi. Lost in repetition, Joon-Young notices that he is not the only one trying to save a loved one, the two decide to work together to redesign the gruesome future.

    Short summary
Two men trapped in the dreadful time loop, and their endless efforts to save their beloved ones. Will they continue to be trapped in the dreadful time loop?

    Revised as below:

Jun-young is a skilled doctor and desperate father trying to save his daughter's life, while Min-chul is a paramedic desperately trying to save his wife. The same car accident caused the death of both women. In their desperate efforts to save their beloved, the two men find themselves stuck in an endless loop and keep reliving the day of the accident like “Deja vu”. Realizing that they are not alone, the two decide to work together to redesign the gruesome future.

I have another one more option here.

A desperate father who tries to save his daughter and a man who tries to save his wife. And in their desperate efforts to save their beloved, the day repeats in an endless loop. Lost in repetition, the two men decide to work together to redesign the gruesome future.

The first part is not a complete sentence.
You did not mention in the latest version that the doctor and the paramedic were brought together by the accident which killed their loved ones.

What do you mean by these:
-the day repeats in an endless loop
    -to redesign the gruesome future

What do you mean by these:
-the day repeats in an endless loop- It like a scene that keep on repeating in his dreams
-to redesign the gruesome future - Prevent the accident from happening and bring them back to life.

The same car accident caused the death of both women. And in their desperate efforts to save their beloved, the day repeats in an endless time loop. Lost in repetition, the two men start following the secrets of their repeated days in order to solve the mystery behind the accident and possibly bring them back to life.

I still don't understand what you are trying to say in the parts underlined.

Do you mean they are psychologically haunted by the scenario of the accident replayed in their minds and they are trying to get out of it?

Do you mean, by some supernatural power, they are able to bring the dead back to life? Was the accident caused by the supernatural?

It’s like give them a sense of déjà vu. These two guys haunted by the scenario which seen in their dream. And keep reliving the day of the accident like “Déjà vu”. So these two guys trying to stop the accident from happening.
    It’s not supernatural event.
