    I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

    To get rid of her in-laws, who had come on a visit on that afternoon, Maria told them she had a terrible stomach pain and a diarrhoea.

    See above. I'm not sure how clear it is on screen, but I have deleted both indefinite articles from the second half.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
