Talking My phone is not turning (getting) on

Hi everyone, my phone has suddenly stopped working and is not getting on. Can I say "my phone is not turning (getting) on"? And could you please tell me another sentence that has the same meaning?

My phone won't turn on/I can't turn my phone on.

Ted, you wrote 'hanged' and 'frozed' instead of 'hung' and 'froze'.

Aren't hanging and freezing used when a computer or phone won't work, but is turned on? I wouldn't use them for a phone that wouldn't power on.

A phone or other small device that won't turn on and shows no sign of life is often said to be bricked, as in "as useful for its intended purpose as a brick".

You can't use "My phone is not getting on." You can say "not turning on."
