always polite - always being polite

    What's the difference here?
    I'm always being polite.
    I'm always polite.

The first sentence is present continious and the other simple present.
So far so good. But where do they differ?

When you say someone is being polite it can imply that they aren't always polite but are making an effort.
    I am not a teacher

This could be used if the person doesn't like being polite and has to make an effort to do so.

"I'm always being polite." - I'm always acting as if I were inherently polite.
"I'm always polite." - I am [always] inherently polite.
