    Red face difference between 'not one' and 'not a one"

    Are both the following sentencess correct? if yes, then what's difference?

    1- Glasgow Primary School has 222 pupils and not a one is scottish

    2- Glasgow Primary School has 222 pupils and not one is Scottish.

    You could add emphasis by saying '... and not a single one is Scottish'.
