Fight me vs fight with me

What is the difference between the two?

Fighting me and fighting with me

    1. That girl is fighting all the kids in school.
    2. That girl is fighting with all the kids in school.

    3. She is fighting me all the time.
    4. She is fighting with me all the time.

I think they have the same meaning but I may be wrong.

    Please help.

    Thanks

Re: Fight me vs fight with me

    I think you interchanged them.

1 and 3 (fight me) is physical, I think. Like the boxing terms, they use fight him (no with)

    Just found this https://ell.stackexchange.com/questi...-fight-with-me

I am confused as it is different from what you said.
