If we call someone in regard to a job opening then what do we need to say?

If we call someone in regard to a job opening then what do we need to say?

    1) Jim on phone with Ann who is a consultant: Hi, Ann actually I have called you in regard to an email that you sent me a few days ago. It was written on the mail that Umex was hiring. Is it still hiring? Is the hiring still on? Can I still apply?

    2) Jim with the HR representative of a company: Hi, I have called you in regard to a job opening. You sent me an email saying you were hiring.

    Please check my sentences.

If I were speaking to Ann, I would probably say: "Are you still hiring?"

    Are my sentences correct?

Can we say "you are hiring for (name of the profile) profile"?

Can we also say "are you providing cab for there (office) and back"?

If profile is a common term in your local labor market, you can probably use sentence 1. I think you meant it to be a question, though; as written, it's a declaratory statement. If "profile" means job description, you can ask Are you hiring telemarkers? (Please don't apply for such a job. I won't be able to live with myself if I discover I helped train one.)

Again, if providing cab is a common term in your variant of English, you can use it. It's not natural in mine. In international English you'd ask Do you provide transportation to and from the office?
    I am not a teacher.
