    Are you gonna do chest

    Hi,

Is the following sentence correct? Is there any other way to ask the same question?
Are you gonna do chest/shoulder/leg exercises today?

Although speakers usually pronounce it as gonna, you should only write that in very casual contexts or quoted dialog. The rest of the sentence is fine.
