new research shows that gossiping might be good for us.

We all enjoy gossiping about people we know, although sometimes we might feel guilty about it afterward. However, new research shows that gossiping might be good for us.

Can we replace the bold part with “ to gossip” too? Both of them are noun.
Can we relace “ might” with “ could or may” ?

Yes, but "gossiping" works better in that sentence.

I don't know what you mean by that. Neither is a noun. "Gossiping" is a gerund, and "to gossip" is an infinitive. They are functioning as the subject in that sentence.

See above. Take care with your spelling.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
