Red face Difference between "all", "all the" and "every"

What's the difference between these three sentences?

1- All the indians in India are geared up to celebrate diwali.

2- All indians in india are geared up to celebrate diwali.

3- every indian in india is geared up to celebrate diwali.

I admit I have asked this kind of question before. Please clear it to me.

With my corrections, they are all correct and natural. There is no difference in meaning amongst them. You must remember to capitalise the first letter of every sentence and all proper nouns.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Can you provide a link to where you've asked this (kind of) question please?
Also, you need to always capitalize "India", "Indian" and "Diwali", as well as capitalize "Every" (the first word in sentence #3).
