    The use of I for l at some points suggests it could be a display issue.

    Yes. They are normal in PDF files and when I copied and pasted here they got screwed in displaying. Too many of them and I was too lazy to correct them all.

    It's not a display issue, it's unsuccessful optical character recognition. Somewhere along the line someone scanned the text or captured a screenshot and subjected the result to OCR.

    Try the right-click paste as plain text option.
