Does "Just" sound rude in this circumstance ?

    1) I work 2nd shift with 2 other guys L. and D. in a small department of a company. There were 3 donuts in a pastry box which is left from the 1st shift. I already took one. Later, D. brought the box to me and asked me to choose one from the two donuts left. I told him,
    Me: I already took one.
    D.: Because L. doesn't want it.
Me: Just take two. ( I meant to emphasize that "You can take both of them")
    D.: Are you sure?
    Me: Yeah, no big deal.

    2) I was checking out my stuff at a cash register in a store. The store doesn't give free bags, they charge 10 cents for each bag. The cashier asked me
C.: Do you want bags ? ( He meant if I want to buy bags to hold my stuff)
    Me: Yes, please.
    C.: How many? One?..Two?
Me: Just put everything in bags ( I meant he could feel free to use as many bags as needed, I didn't care about the small amount of money the bags cost)

Is "just" a proper use in these cases or does it sound rude?
