    Post "Let me know my question is clear." is formal?

    Which is one the below sentences formal?

    "Let me know my question is clear."

    or

    "Let me know my question is bright."

    They're not formal, and the second is wrong. If you want to be more formal, you could use something like I would be grateful if you could say whether my question is clear or not.
