    Why do you think it means anything other than the usual definition of "go"?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Did you mean it meant "leave the current place and go somewhere in order to do some excercise"? For example, go running and walking.
