    covered in/with/by wire netting.

Are these three prepositions suitable in the context below?

Just a few steps ahead, on the left, we saw the bird section. They were kept in very large aviaries (which were) covered in/with/by wire netting.

    Is that your sentence?

(I would use the word "enclosed" there.)

    Try:

They are kept in very large aviaries which are enclosed in wire netting.

    Thank you RobertJ.

Is the sentence below is OK too?

Just a few steps ahead, on the left, we saw the bird section. They were kept in very large aviaries covered
by wire netting by the zoo authorities.

You don't need to add "by the zoo authorities" there.
