    Re: on special offer

Almost! I would say "on special," not "on special offer."
I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.

'on special offer' is fine in BE.

    Also 'on offer'.

    Re: on special offer

I'd take that to mean different varieties of coffee rather than reduced prices.

    Those would be "special coffees."
