    The man sentenced to death

I am wondering if my sentence is grammatically correct.

The man sentenced to death claimed his innocence all the time, even when the doctor was giving him the fatal injection.

All the time doesn't work. Use continually, and put it before the verb.

He meant use continually and put it before the verb. The word it refers to continually. In short, it was a typo.
