letís make a racist tweet by a senior IAC employee count this time

What does "IAC employee count" mean? "IAC employee opinion"? If so, it should have been "IAC employee's count."

    -----------------
So who actually outed Sacco and brought her the shame of millions for a harmless tweet? Sam Biddle, a former writer for the defunct muckraking web publication Gawker. According to Jon Ronsonís book So Youíve Been Publicly Shamed, Biddle took glee in taking down Sacco, telling Ronson, ďItís satisfying to be able to say, ĎO.K., letís make a racist tweet by a senior IAC employee count this time.í And it did. Iíd do it again.Ē

No, it means "Let's make the racist tweet (which was made by a senior IAC employee) count".
Let's not ignore another racist tweet. Let's publicly shame the author of the tweet. That makes the tweet count as an example of what not to do.

I think I've basically got it.

But I don't understand the use of "another": Doesn't the speaker mean "Let's not ignore this racist tweet"?

There had been one before. This was another one. And yes, that's a valid interpretation.

Not necessarily a racist tweet by this same person, but there were certainly racists tweets that existed before this incident.
