I will revert to you as soon as possible.

Is "revert to you" the correct phrase to mean "get back to you"?

In my previous job, older members of staff occasionally wrote "Please revert [to me] as soon as possible". I always assumed it was just a very old-fashioned usage and I don't think I've seen it for about 20 years. I recommend that you avoid it. As GS said, use "get back", or use "reply".

I have read it in letters in Indian English where they want someone to reply.

I see this all the time. Use "reply," unless you want the reader to think you are Indian. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)
