Being diagnosed with a prostata cancer

I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

Being diagnosed with prostate cancer was difficult enough for John, but even worse was radiation therapy, which caused him nausea, shortness of breath and diarrhoea.

It's "prostate", not "prostata". Remove "a" before "prostate cancer".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
