The concert will be listened to on the radio.

The following sentence might sound a bit odd, but is it grammatically correct?
The concert will be listened to on the radio.
If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

It a terrible sentence which would never be spoken by a native Anglophone, but it's not grammatically incorrect.

    Why?

I was asked to change the sentence We will listen to the concert on the radio into passive (if possible) by a schoolgirl (she got this task at school).

Ah, one of those pointless exercises. I'm sorry.

You left out the subject of the active sentence. I suppose the sadistic exercise-writer is looking for this atrocity: The concert on the radio will be listened to by us. This kind of passive sentence would never be uttered by a native speaker.

If changing this sentence from the active to the passive was a homework exercise for this schoolgirl, I have three comments:

    1) I feel sorry for her because these exercises waste her time.
    2) She shouldn't be asking for help with her homework. All homework should be done without help so that her teacher can see where her strengths and weaknesses lie.
    3) She can join this forum herself and ask her own questions.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
