    There's no real need for "... is such a difficult thing" at the end. You can simply say "... is difficult."
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Write 'However, one thing is certain: learning a foreign language is difficult'.

    The colon could be replaced with a dash or an ellipsis.
