You've got a bit of an unfair advantage

Ted said these words to eXitenz designer, Allegra before playing eXitenz with her:

You've got a bit of an unfair advantage. How can I possibly compete with the designer of the system?

what is the meaning of "unfair advantage"?

I know the meaning of "unfair" and "advantage" But I don't the meaning when they are combined side by side.
