    Unhappy Dear Ms.Cham,

    [Street address]

    Dear Ms.Cham

My name is Vy and I am in class English A2. I am sorry teacher but I think I can not able to class tomorrow. Because I'm not feeling well right now. I'm sick.
I need to go to hospital. And then I am writing to request you about this. I will practise homework at home

I wish I was feeling well.

I look forward to hearing from you

    Your sincerely,

    Re: Dear Ms.Cham,

    Welcome to the forum.

Do you have to write a letter to your teacher when you're sick? That's very unusual. Usually a student (or the student's parent) has to telephone the school to tell them that someone isn't coming to school because they're sick.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
