    Password

I have been trying to log in. I cannot remember my password. I ask for a new password to be sent to me, and instead of getting a new password I am supposed to log in.

I suppose I can just trying until something works. But what if nothing works?

Could you send the password to my email?

    Re: Password

Have you changed your email? If you request a new password it is sent to the email you used when registering, or any new one you have updated.

I will send a message to the email account we have. If that is not the email you are using now, let me know.

You should also check your spam folder, Tarheel. If your ISP is especially assertive, you may have to ask them to check for any messages from usingenglish.com that were rejected as spam.

    Re: Password

Thank you for your support. Hopefully, everything is fine now.

The new password worked once, and only once. (Strange but true.) I now have another password. Hopefully, that one will work more than one time.

Again, thank you for your support.

If you have the problem again, clean out your cookies and use the new password again and it should work.

    Strangely, I'm hungry now.

(I guess I can always Google how to do that.)

    Re: Password

Look for instructions for clearing cookies for a specific site. Browsers usually offer an easy way to clear all your cookies. That will work and is not catastrophic, but you'll have to log back in to all your sites the next time you visit them. The more involved process that clears them for the site you're having trouble with avoids this problem.
