Viewing notifications when there are no new ones

When you have unviewed notifications, you can click a link that drops down from the Notifications link at the top of the Forums page. This link disappears if you click the Notifications link, then return to the main Forums page. I think I've seen an alternate path to the Notifications page but I can never find it.

This raises my question: how do I get to my Notifications page when I don't have unviewed ones? The obvious corollary is to suggest that this page be made easier to find.

Can you see it in Settings?

I don't think so; at least, it's well disguised if it's there. The link I'm looking for says New Post Thanks / Like Alerts.

I can see it in Settings, but I have never got rid of all notifications. I will ask Red5.

If you click on "My Profile" in the top right of the screen, and then choose the tab marked "Post Thanks/Likes", you will see all the Thanks and Likes your posts have ever received. Once you've clicked on Notifications and then gone back to the main page, I think that's the only way of getting to them. The same is true of PMs. Once you've clicked through from the Notifications link and read the messages, you have to go directly via your Private Messages button to see them again.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
