(c) one dollar fifty Not natural.

This would work in the UK- one pound fifty is fine.

American English has a quirky way of saying prices between one and two dollars. Only a dollar fifty or one fifty are really natural in most circumstances. Sometimes one dollar fifty cents would work.

Above two dollars, we say two fifty or sometimes two dollars and fifty cents.

For completeness, I should have mentioned that while a dollar fifty is completely natural, we never say two dollars fifty.
