Problem with using forum

I'm a newbie on this forum, but I can already make my new threads.
I have a problem with using setting for my profile. I can't go to - Welcome; My Profile bars.
But I can ask and answer here on this forum. Please help me in this matter.

I may enter in my profile by setting button, but I can't enter through "my profile" button on the top of the screen.

Yes this is true. I had issues posting. My posts were not visible in the beginning but now they are. So thank you to the Admins.

I am sorry about the restrictions, but they reduce the amount of spam and advertising. After you have posted once more,yo will be able to access things like Private Messages. This stops people from sending messages offering fake sales.
