Please could u tell us whar does ( easy come easy go ) mean and where it is used
It means that if you get something without having to work for it, you will lose it very easily.
For example, you might win some money in the lottery, but then your car breaks down and you have to spend your winnings to get the car fixed. You might then sigh and say, "Well, easy come, easy go."
We usually say this to mean that we are not -- or we shouldn't be -- very sad about losing the money (or whatever it was that we lost).
