Are the below sentences correct?

Dear My Mom,
Pardon me, because I talked to you angry last week.
I do not like, you be upset with me.
Discussing may occur with Moms and Sons. However, Moms always, forgive sons.
Would you mind to forgive me?
I will try to be better.

Because I try to improve my English. so, writing my notes and emails in English.
but, she speaks English professionally.

I will start. I would open it this way:

Dear [strike]My[/strike] Mom,
[strike]Pardon me, because I talked to you angry last week.[/strike]
I am sorry for losing my temper last week.

I do not like it when you're [STRIKE]be[/STRIKE] upset with me.
[STRIKE]Discussing may occur with[/STRIKE] Arguments happen between moms and sons. However, moms always forgive their sons.

Would you [STRIKE]mind to[/STRIKE] forgive me?

I promise that behaviour will not be repeated. [STRIKE]will try to be better.[/STRIKE]
Note that "mom" is AmE; other varieties use "mum".
