a saying from an Arabian wise man

    hi guys,
i tried my best to translate this saying, i hope my translation could convey the meaning correctly :) if not please correct it for me
" When my knowledge increases, my knowledge of my unawareness increases " Imam Al-Shafe'i
which means, when i learn more, i learn more about my unawareness.

I think I have seen this translated before:
I think it was " the more I learn, the more I realise how little I know"
