    Which one is correct?

    He`s learning French at French Cultural Institute.

    or
    .............................at the French Cultural Institute.

    at French Cultural Center
    or
    at the French Cultural Center

    I think the article should be left out,but i need your opinion.

    Normally, you would be correct, but unfortunately this is an exception to the rule that a singular proper noun does not require an article. The correct sentence is:

    "He's learning French at the French Cultural Institute."

    Other exceptions include: "the Colorado River", "the Statue of Liberty" and "the Eiffel Tower".
