Why don't you sort out the capital letters first before asking someone to do that for you?
Subject:Explanation in response to memorandum on Poor performance on 9/02/2018.
Please allow me to apologize for poor performance on above mentioned date and for not informing you that I wasn't been able to update the student files of 4th week of april. The real reason for not being able to update file of students is that I haven't received test and test marks sheet from my fellow colleagues. I only received the test of science for 4th week of april which were mistakenly updated for the 1stweek of May. I want to add one more thing that few test has been taken orally by some teachers that is why the no of test fell short from the posted numbers.
Further, I wish to tell you that as this is my First job in any government sector. You will neglect this. I apologizes one again for not been able to update the file. I hope this will not effect my personal file.
yours sincerely

Before we look at the content, it's important that you edit the first post so that it follows these simple, basic (but very important) rules of written English:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- Capitalise the word "I" every time you write it.
Make sure there is a space between each word.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
I have updated the mistakes. Please take a look now.
