    handsfree?

what would you say if you wanted to mean you´re speaking to the person on the phone without using the hook? handfree, speaker or voice over?

    Re: handsfree?

Usually you'd tell the person "I've got you on speaker phone." This also alerts them that other people in the room will be able to hear what they say.

Handsfree is generally used for cell phones. I've you're talking to someone on a landline, but obviously not holding the instrument, then you're talking to them on speaker phone
