be pronounced any way? By 'any way'
I mean two people with the exact same
spelling may choose to pronounce the
name differently. If so, then there is
no ONE 'right' way to say it, right?

Maybe so, but it happens all the time. For example, "Andrea" can be pronounced "ANN-dree-ah" or "ON-dree-ah" or "on-DRAY-ah", depending upon the person.

You may use Dictionary.com which DOES show the precise phonetics of "popular" names along with the surname as well.
