Dear Sir,
I would like to request [STRIKE]for[/STRIKE] drawing approval, as per xxx company noticed to modified mdb. (I don't know what any of the underlined part means.)
[STRIKE]then[/STRIKE] What [STRIKE]next[/STRIKE] sentence [STRIKE]coming good[/STRIKE] should I write next?
Welcome to the forum. :hi:
Please note the corrections I made to the start of your letter. I have no idea what the underlined part means. "noticed to" doesn't make sense. What is a "modified mdb"? After we sort that out, you will need to try to write the next sentence yourself and then ask us what we think. We don't write letters for people here.
Follow these rules of written English at all times:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- Don't put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
