It is not a sentence, but the spelling is correct. It would work in a CV/resume as a description for me.

Actually, this certificate isn't written in English so technically it's not the official title

Anyway, is there a problem to write it in lower-case letters?

I just wanted to emphasize in this sentence that I got some award, less care about emphasizing the title of the certificate.
