It's very wordy and in BrE would be considered overly obsequious. I would write something like this (bearing in mind I have no idea what "XXX Sdn Bhd" means).



Dear [Mr/Miss/Ms + surname of recipient]

Re: XXX Sdn Bhd

Please note that we would like to request a change of auditor for the above project/building. Please arrange for the current auditor to remove himself/herself as soon as possible, and send us written confirmation.
