Dear Sir,
Refer to TT reference number 123 dated 10.10.18, we sent a tt amounting USD1000 to Fortune Finechem into the account number: 123-476-032, regretful to be informed that Fortune Finechem only received USD950 as this is the currency shortage on conversion from US Dollar to Hong Kong Dollar.
Therefore we urge your bank could replace the shortage to Fortune Finechem in USD50.

Are you asking the bank to transfer an extra $50 (from your account) to Fortune Finechem or to make a refund to your account?
