    I'd agree with Galaxy; the sentence isn't quite right, as it stands.

    I'll underline the parts that need more attention:

    1. The cohesive cultural state has been prickled and exposed to foreign culture so much so that it remains disintegrated.

    Let's look at "prickled" first. To "prickle" is to give you an unpleasant feeling on your skin, as if you had been pricked with pins. Is that the right meaning for this context? Or can you think of a better verb?
