Is this sentence correct?

Our newest breeding facility will be built right under the ATT4Fun building so that semen donors from the 7th floor can comfortably reach the place by elevator in 1 or 2 minutes.

I'm not sure where to start! The usual term is "sperm donors" but that applies to human beings. As far as I'm aware, there is no such thing as a breeding facility for humans.

How far underground will it be if it takes the elevator that long to get there? The English is OK.
