Note my corrections above. I find the whole thing a little confusing though. If you're working from home, you're already out of the office. I would say "I will be unavailable from 3pm".
Is the text for your "out of office" automatic reply for your emails? If so, you don't need to explain why you'll be unavailable.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
