Please correct my mistakes.
A tiny boy
Everyone called him Khit. This year, he is thirteen years old. When he was one year old, his father passed away. His mother also leaved him to the city to working. He have lived with grandparents up to now.

His nickname is “tiny boy” because he only talls one meter and weighs thirteen kilograms. Every day “tiny boy” gets up early because he must goes to school. He regularly and diligently walk through jungles and steams to school. He usually walks along trails and goes over hills. It takes one hour to go to school, but he rarely arrive at school late. He is a powerful example of learning.

I think the first sentence should be in the present tense.

I do not know what you are trying to say with "His mother leaved him to the city to working". However, the next sentence should be:

He has lived with his grandparents up until now.

Say:

He is only one meter tall.

Do you mean "His mother also left him, [in order] to go to the city to work"?

Perhaps:

His mother left him with her parents while she went to work.

(I'm not sure.)

Perhaps:

Every day Tiny Boy gets up early because school is so far away, and he has to walk to school.

And:

He walks through dense jungle and rushing streams on the way to school.

Perhaps:

He sticks to the trails when he can, going up and down and around hills.

And:

It takes him an hour to walk to school, but as hard as it is, he rarely arrives late.

I would say his efforts are an indication of his determination to succeed. (He has an intense desire to learn.)

Yes, ems2d2. His mother left him in order to go to the city to work.

That doesn't work. A wife can leave her husband, but you don't leave a child. (You abandon a child (a serious matter).) However, you can (as I suggested) leave a child in someone else's care.

The devil is in the details!
