    Hello Adullstudent,

For me, youngest would suffice. Not really sure if there is a word for that. If there is, please post it. Thanks.

Another way to name it, itīs Benjamin coming from the Old Testament and referring to the youngest kid in a family

    Hi adullstudent!

The youngest member of a family or a group is called 'baby'.

    Hi Adullstudent,

    You could call him/her Lastborne.

    Hope it helps.

Is there any specific name for a girl and boy?

No, there isn't. It would be 'the lastborne male' or 'the lastborne female'. However, 'lastborne' is somewhat archaic: 'youngest male' or 'youngest female' is perfectly OK, and more natural.

To refer to the last born we often use, 'the baby', as in,

She's/He's/You're the baby of the family. Some families have pet phrases; the littlest; the littlest kiddlence; the pup; ...

    "the baby"

    .
I've even heard adults referred to as "the baby in the family".
    .
Maybe it's a BE vs AmE thing, but I think saying 'youngest male' or 'youngest female' sounds distinctly "clinical" (i.e. unnatural).
