Can “with” use as is the case with sentence below?

After buying something, I request seller to make sales invoice. But he said that he couldn't give invoice. Upon this can i say the sentence below by using "with" in this way?
    I always buy with invoice.
I just wonder if "with" can be used in this way.

Hello there, and welcome to the forum.

    No, that's not natural. Try:
"I always get an invoice when I buy something".

Do you mean to say the salesperson wouldn't give you a receipt?

Is VAT some kind of debit card or credit card?

It's value added tax — the UK equivalent of the US sales tax.

Paying for goods or services in cash, without a receipt, invoice or other paperwork, is an illegal way of avoiding VAT.

The OP insists on having a receipted invoice which includes VAT — even when it means he pays more.

Now it makes sense. Foreign student, in American English we would say: "I always pay my taxes."
