    Question Formal Names on Invitations

    Hello,

I have a problem where a company wishes to invite all their staff to an event.
If the Employee is Male and they have a spouse the invitation will read: Mr & Mrs <First Initial> <Surname>.
However if the Employee is Female I am unsure of the correct formal name.
Would it be Mrs & Mr <First Initial> <Surname> or would it still remain Mr & Mrs?

    Regards
    John

    Re: Formal Names on Invitations

If the employee is female and she has a spouse, then Mrs. & Mr would be correct.
