    problem

    Please tell me as which one of the given sentences is correct and why.

    i) "So this is it huh?" thought Tom.
    ii) So this is it huh? thought Tom.

    Secondly,please tell me which of the given sentences is correct.

    i) I request you kindly to grant me leave.
    ii) I request you to kindly grant me a leave.

    The second sentence is incorrect.
