Try to include the question or impetus in the answer so that I know what you are referring to.
The lesson was:
I acted out the key vocabulary: fever, pain, prescribe then we did the translated phrases together and she repeated and did some variations. I briefly conceptually described the words give , take and get as respectively goes from you to somewhere, comes a definite place to you and comes to you. I showed how varied and great are all the definitions of take, give and get are and mentioned with examples idioms and phrasal verbs. She spoke the medically relevant definitions. We roleplayed the same same general doctor-patients scenarios as last time.

You haven't marked out the specific words and definitions in any way (italics, quotation marks) so I found it hard to decipher the content of your post but I think I have worked out that you gave these definitions:

give = goes from you to somewhere
take = comes a definite place to you (I don't actually know what that means)
get = comes to you.

Is that correct?

Definitions is not the right word rather concepts.
I allocated 5 minutes before going to work to write the original reply on my PC but my son interrupted me 3 times and my wife also interrupted. I corrected it during my lunch break using my Kindle. I had no free time after that.

take

Take this medicine - put it in your mouth and swallow it.

Take two a day -- one in the morning and one in the evening. (See above.)

Yes, I did that by getting her to read the example sentences- she has done that meaning of take before.

consume as food, drink, medicine, or drugs.
"take an aspirin and lie down"
o (especially of illness) suddenly strike or afflict (someone).
"mum's been taken bad"
lay hold of (something) with one's hands; reach for and hold.
"he leaned forward to take her hand"
synonyms: lay hold of, take hold of, get hold of, get into one's hands; More
antonyms: give
o occupy (a place or position).
"we found that all the seats were taken"
synonyms: occupy, use, utilize, fill, hold; More
o ascertain by measurement or observation.
"the nurse takes my blood pressure"
To Contract
Get = contract, take, be stricken by an illness, fall victim to an illness.
• He got a horrible disease while he was traveling.
• She got pneumonia and had to go to the hospital.
• She got a cold from Tom.
• Unfortunately, I got ill from drinking the water while on vacation.
To Induce
Get = induce, stimulate, cause, make someone do, cause to do; cause to act in a certain way, always followed by an object.
• My children finally got me to buy a computer.
• My wife got me to pay attention to the speaker.
• The class got the teacher to postpone the test.
• I wish I could get them to take me seriously!
To Experience
Get = experience, undergo, of mental or physical states or experiences.
• He got an idea.
• She gets vertigo when she looks out the window.
• They get nauseous when they drive.
• Peter got frightened by what he thought was a ghost.
1. 1. freely transfer the possession of (something) to (someone).
"she gave him presents and clothes"
synonyms: present with, provide with, supply with, furnish with, gift with; More
antonyms: receive, accept, take, withhold
o administer (medicine).
"she was given antibiotics"

I still need to prepare in case she wants to do more meanings of each word and I have to decide what is priority for teaching the meanings given we probably won't have a full 1 hour or 1 /2 hours to teach it.

She practised saying "I going to prescribe you this medicine to take three times a day. Please take it after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner" She freely included it in the medical role play not given my understanding of the condition that it was really appropriate.
