What does the following sentence mean:
It is hard to overstate how valuable it is.
Could anybody rewrite it, please?

Your entire post was a link to another website with exactly the same question. Did you post the question on that other website? If so, why don't you wait for answers there? Where did you see the sentence "It is hard to overstate how valuable it is"? It's important to quote the source and author of anything you post here if you didn't write it yourself.

- Yes it was me on the other forum, I posted the question there and later found out this forum which I thought might be a more suitable place to get an answer, that is why I posted it here as well,
- I come across the term in a couple of articles (one of the sources below) and I find difficult to understand what “It is hard to overstate” means, therefore I asked to paraphrase it, if possible.

It's a common cliche. Have you looked up overstate?

No matter how valuable you say the tools are, they're probably even more valuable than you say. They're extremely valuable.
