[Grammar] Deep excavation

As you are aware, there is a huge construction going on next our adjacent plot. They are making deep excavation near our boundry wall by heavy hydraulic rock bakers It is already effected to our building and cracks are already formed in walls.

We also noticed that they are demolishing their boundry walls which is attached to our boundary walls, so we have now single boundary walls which is not strong enough to hold itself because its other side was not rendered and deep excavation . We understand that both walls were attached together so you had rendered only the visible side. Our concern is that we need to strengthen the walls and increase the wall height as well so that no intruder can easily come inside our premises. At present, the walls structure is in a very bad condition and it will easily fall down at any time because of its weakness and deep excavation. This will now be a serious security issue and danger situation. Therefore, we ask you to look into the matter and kindly do needful at the earliest.

It seems more like destruction rather than construction. Also, a deep excavation is, of course, a big hole.

Whoever this is to be sent to needs to be aware that the "construction" has damaged the boundary wall and has also damaged your building.

You should be aware that if you send them an email they can just ignore it.

Some people seem to think that complexity equals clarity. It does not.

Is this a real situation?
